本课题组专注于广泛的单分子生物物理的基础性研究和其对应的单分子生物传感器的应用性研究。
课题组现阶段重点研究方向包括：

1. 基于生物纳米孔的单分子核酸测序研究，并在光学纳米孔检测方向上具备世界领先水平。

2. 单细胞级别的纳米孔生物传感和接近临床的医疗诊断应用。

3. 多模态的纳米孔光学检测平台。

Our lab focuses on the fundamental study of single molecule biophysics and its corresponding applications as single molecule biosensors devices.

1. Optical nanopore sequencing.

2. Single molecule medical diagnosis devices.

3. Nanopore based multi-modal optical platform.
