Introduction To The Group

The subject group belongs to the bio inorganic chemistry, focusing mainly on phosphorus containing anions (such as orthophosphate, coke orthophosphate and ATP, etc.) and containing arsenic compounds (sub arsenate, arsenate, a methyl arsenic and dimethyl arsenic, etc.) of the fluorescent probe was designed and synthesized, and the use of fluorescent probe for real-time, quantitative and visual function of inorganic arsenic in the cell metabolism and to investigate inorganic arsenic and its metabolites on leukemia effect and mechanism, to the mechanism of comprehensive and in-depth study of arsenic in the treatment of leukemia and clinical treatment of leukemia provide useful information. Also designed and synthesized a series of polynitrogen compounds and proline substrate analogues, in-depth study of their interaction with the proline hydroxylase and the regulation of HIF specific signal transduction pathways.
