At the invitation of Prof. Leyong Wang, Prof. Wenxiong Zhang (School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Peking University) visited Nanjing on November 13 to give a lecture.
On November 13th (Friday) at 10:00 am, Professor Zhang Wenxiong gave a postgraduate special report entitled Rare earth Metal-organic Heterocyclic Chemistry in The lecture hall of Jiang Wenruo, H201, Xianlin Chemistry Building. The audience all feel benefited, the end of the lecture audience questions and discussion.
Professor Zhang received his ph. D. degree from Nankai University and did postdoctoral research at Peking University school of Chemistry and Riken, Japan. Research interests include metal-organic chemistry, organic synthetic chemistry, organic phosphine chemistry, coordination chemistry and crystallography. It has been adhering to the research concept of synthetic chemistry based on mechanism and metal-organic active intermediates. In Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev., Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. He has published more than 100 SCI papers and applied for 10 patents.
