In addition to their versatile structures, tunable bond energies, and rich functionalities, coordination complexes also have an important characteristic of dynamicity. Our research group focuses on utilizing the dynamic nature of coordination bonds to design and synthesize functional complexes, meeting the urgent needs of current economic and social development for materials in high-performance, multifunctional, green, and intelligent aspects. The current research focuses on self-healing materials, adaptive materials, and self-growing materials.
