Research Interests

 


(1) Controlled growth and properties of carbon-based nanomaterials and low-dimensional inorganic nanostructures;

(2) Novel energy conversion/storage materials (including supercapacitors, Li-batteries, photovoltaics and photoelectrocatalysis)
      based on inorganic composite nanostructures;

(3) Growth and nanoelectronics of novel two-dimensional chalcogenide atomic crystals;

(4) Ordered assembly and applications of functional three-dimensional complicated nano-/micro-scale structures.
